PRIVACY
Parent privacy and student information
SpecialEdHomeschooling.com is designed to provide educational information without asking families to place a child’s private records, diagnosis, school documents, medical information, or work samples into a public website.
Information collected when you visit
The site may receive ordinary technical information needed to deliver a webpage securely, such as an internet address, browser type, requested page, approximate region, and the time of a request. The hosting provider may process this information for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and performance. We do not use this public website to create student profiles or ask visitors to enter child records.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics loads only after a visitor selects “Allow analytics” in the site’s consent notice. If allowed, analytics helps us understand which pages are visited, how visitors reach the site, whether they use a phone or computer, and which links receive engagement. The configuration disables Google Signals and advertising personalization. Visitors may decline analytics and continue using every public guide.
The consent choice is stored in the visitor’s browser. Clearing browser storage may cause the choice to be requested again. Declining analytics does not limit access to the site.
What families should not submit
Do not send a child’s full name, birth date, diagnosis, IEP, evaluation, therapy report, medical record, school record, account number, funding identification number, or work sample through a marketing form, ordinary email reply, or public website field. Free-guide delivery and general marketing should require only parent contact information and the selected resource. If an individualized paid service later requires additional context, the service must use its approved intake and privacy process.
External websites and services
The site links to Homeschool Momentum, Special Ed Resource tutoring, state agencies, scholarship administrators, and other official sources. Those websites maintain their own privacy practices. Following an external link may allow the destination to receive ordinary referral and technical information. Review the destination’s terms and privacy information before creating an account, submitting records, or making a purchase.
Email and future lead-guide delivery
The free-guide email workflow is not active yet. When it opens, the form will be connected through the approved GoHighLevel process and will request only the information necessary to deliver the selected parent resource and related educational emails. The workflow must include clear consent, an unsubscribe path, and safeguards against collecting sensitive student information. Until that system is connected and tested, the free-guide page remains noindexed and does not present an active form.
Questions and updates
Privacy practices may be updated when analytics, email delivery, membership, or service workflows change. Material changes should be reflected on this page before the related feature opens. Questions about this website may be sent to studentsuccess@specialedresource.com. Do not include a child’s records or sensitive details in the initial message; a team member can explain the appropriate next step if more context is genuinely required.
